نظرة حول المجتمع الحرفي والصناعي بمدينة قسنطينة في العهد العثماني

Résumé: كان مجتمع مدينة قسنطينة عبارة عن مزيج من عدة طوائف منها الأتراك، والأعلاج، والأندلسيون واليهود، بالإضافة إلى طائفة البرانية المتكونة من: القبائل، والجيجليون، والبساكرة وغيرها، ولم تقتصر الحرف والصناعات خلال العهد العثماني إلى بداية الاحتلال الفرنسي لمدينة قسنطينة على فئة معينة، بل تنوعت بتنوع مجتمعها منها الإنتاجية كالجزار، الحداد، البرادعي، الخياط، القلال، القهواجي، النجار، الكواش، الغرابلي، الصبان، خضار، بشماقي، الملاخ، الخراز، العطار ومنها الخاصة بمجال الخدماتية كالبناي، بياض، خماس، سقا، حمامجي، جزار، مكاس، حمار، حفاف، دلال، جباس، كاتب، ترجمان، قشار ، قراب، وغيرهم، وكان الحرفيون والصناع يتوزعون في الأحياء الرئيسية والفرعية للمدينة خاصة حي باب الطابية الذي تتفرع منه العديد من الأحياء والشوارع بالإضافة إلى حي باب الجابية وهو الآخر تتفرع منه الحومات والشوارع، إلى جانب ذلك نجد حي باب القنطرة وحي القصبة وغيرها من أحياء مدينة قسنطينة في العهد العثماني. A look at the Artisanal an Industrial Society in the Town of Constantine in the Ottoman era Abstract: The Constantine community was a multi-ethnic and multi- cultural society. Its citizens have come from different origins like Andalusian, Turkich, and Jewish, as well as the sect of Berania which is composed of Kabaylan, Jijelian, laghouatian, mezabian, and so many others. During the Othman era to the beginning of the French colonialism, the handcrafts and manufactured was not limited just to one specific group or stream. In fact, it was varied into productive artisanal such as " butcher, forger, tailor, qalale, qahwaji, ghrabli, carpenter, vegetables, bashmaki, baradie, sabbane, kharaze, malakh, and services, like " building, bayad, djabas, khamas, saqua, hamamdji, makas, hamar, fluffy, dalale, clerk, translator, qarab, qachar and so on. Nevertheless, the manufactured and handcrafts makers distributed in principle cities and substantial streets of the city, especially houmat Tabiya, which springs into streets and avenues like alkantra, Bab aljabiya, rahbat souf, and city of the casbah, and other streets of the city of Constantine during the ottoman period
