Résumé: "تهدف هذه الدراسة لمحاولة معرفة دور وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية في تحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية في بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية BADR (وكالة الوادي) , وتقييم وسائل الدفع الإلكترونية وواقعها, ومعرفة مدى تحسين البنك محل الدراسة لخدماته في ظل وجود وسائل دفع حديثة ،ومن أجل الوصول الى هذه الاهداف قمنا بتوزيع استمارات لعملاء بنك BADR وكالة الوادي وتمثلت العينة في 50 فردا. وتوصلنا الى النتائج التالية كانت لوسائل الدفع الالكتروني دور في تحسين جودة الخدمات المصرفية من ناحية الاعتمادية ، سرعة الاستجابة ، القدرة والكفاءة ،سهولة الحصول على الخدمة، المصداقية والامان .ولم تكن لها دور في تحسين الخدمة المصرفية من ناحية الجوانب المادية الملموسة، الفهم والاتصال. " "This study aims to try to find out the role of electronic payment methods in improving the quality of banking services at the Bank of Agriculture and Rural Development BADR (eloued Agency), evaluate electronic payment methods and their reality, and find out the extent to which the bank under study improves its services in the presence of modern payment methods, and in order to reach these Objectives: We distributed the necessary information by distributing a questionnairs of Al BADR Bank eloued Agency. The sample represented 50 persons. We reached the following results: Electronic payment methods had a role in improving the quality of banking services in terms of reliability, speed of response, capacity and efficiency, ease of obtaining service, credibility and security. They did not have a role in improving the quality of banking service in terms of tangible physical aspects, understanding and communication. "
