التنافس الدولي على الموارد –نموذجا منطقة الساحل و الصحراء الإفريقية-

Résumé: تكمن أهمية هذه الدراسة في معالجة موضوع التنافس الدولي على الموارد و على مصادر الطاقة، التي تعتبر من الإشكاليات التي تواجه الدول التي تمتلك هذه المصادر. ومنطقة الساحل الإفريقي من المناطق التي شهدت حالات للتنافس بين الدول الكبرى على مصادر الطاقة و الموارد التي تزخر بها، حيث ستحاول الدراسة معالجة الموضوع من خلال التطرق إلى الصراع على الموارد في منطقة الساحل والصحراء الإفريقية، بعد ذلك التطرق إلى صور ونماذج التنافس و التضارب في مصالح هذه الدول في منطقة الساحل الصحراء الإفريقية، ثم تبيان تداعيات و انعكاسات هذا التنافس على دول الساحل الإفريقي. أما النتائج المتوصل إليها تمثلت في أن ظاهرة التنافس الدولي على مصادر الطاقة تشكل مصدر لتأجيج الصراعات الداخلية، خاصة في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي فمعظم دوله تعاني من عدم الاستقرار وضعف التنمية كما يشكل التنافس على الطاقة في الساحل الإفريقي الدافع الأساسي للتواجد الفرنسي الأمريكي في المنطقة وهذا لتأمين احتياجاتهما و مصالحهما الطاقوية. the importance of this study lies in addressing the issue of international competition over resources and energy sources; which is considered one of the problems facing countries that possess these resources. And the African Sahel region is one of the region that witnessed cases of competition between major countries over energy sources and the resources that abound in them. These countries are in the African Sahel region; and them show the repercussions and repercussions of this competition on the African Sahel countries. As for the results reached; it is represented in the fact that the phenomenon of international competition over energy sources constitutes a source of fueling internal conflicts; especially in the African Sahel region. Most of his countries suffer from instability and weak development; and competition for energy in the African Sahel constitutes the main motive for the Franch-American presence in the region; and this is to sources energy needs and interests.
