الاتصال السياسي للأحزاب الجزائرية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، حزب التجمع الوطني الديمقراطي نموذجا

Résumé: ملخص: يُعَدُّ الاتصال ركيزة أساسية في الممارسة السياسية. وهذا مما يجعله محط اهتمام البحث الأكاديمي، والعمل الصحفي. ولعل هذا مما يقودنا لإنجاز هذه الدراسة التحليلية التي حاولنا فيها البحث عن تجليات الاتصال السياسي خلال الاستحقاقات الانتخابية المحلية التي أُجْرِيَتْ عام 2021م. مُتَّخِذِيْنَ من قائمة مترشحي حزب التجمع الوطني الديمقراطي للمجلس الولائي بالجزائر العاصمة نموذجا. حيث حاولنا بحث مدى مواكبة الحزب للتطور التكنولوجي من خلال استغلال منصات التواصل الاجتماعي في الحملة الانتخابية. علاوة على محاولة الكشف عن البعد التفاعلي مع المضامين التي نشرها حزب التجمع الوطني الديمقراطي خلال ذلك الاستحقاق الانتخابي عبر موقع فيسبوك. Abstract: Communication is a fundamental pillar in political practice. This makes it a subject of academic research and journalistic work. Perhaps this is what led us to conduct this analytical study in which we attempted to examine the manifestations of political communication during the local elections held in 2021, taking the list of the National Democratic Rally party that ran for the Provincial Council in Algiers as a model. We tried to investigate the extent to which the party kept up with technological developments by utilizing social media platforms in the election campaign. In addition, we attempted to uncover the interactive dimension with the content published by the party during that electoral event via the Facebook platform.
