المرأة الجزائرية المقاولة والظروف الاقتصادية الراهنة .....أي تفاعل ؟

Résumé: احتلت المقاولاتية النسوية أدوار رياديا وفعالا في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في مختلف دول العالم و الجزائر كغيرها من البلدان تفطنت لأهمية تحريك عجلة المقاولاتية النسوية ، باعتبارها من بين الحلول الناجعة لمواجهة البطالة ومن بين الآليات لتعزيز إدماج المرأة، لاسيما المرأة الريفية وتفعيل مساهمتها في التنمية ،خاصة أنها لا تتطلب أموالا ضخمة كما هو شأن الاستثمارات الكبرى ،إلا أن نمو وتطور المقاولاتية النسوية لازال مرتبط بمدى تجاوزها للتحديات والتي تتمثل في معوقات ثقافية و اجتماعية، بالإضافة إلى محدودية التمويل المدعم للمرأة المقاولة، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم واقع المقاولاتية النسوية في الجزائر و مختلف التحديات الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية التي تعيق أداء المرأة المقاولة بالإضافة إلى أجهزة دعمها المتمثلة في كل من ANDI ، CNAC ANSEJ ، L’ANGEM . The women’s entrepreneurship took a leading and an efficient role in the economic and the social developement all over the world ,whereas Algeria as other countries has payed attention to the importance of actuating the sector of women’s entrepreneurship by considering it as one of the favorit solutions to face the unemployment, also as one of the mechanisms which promote the integration of women, especially the rural one and here contribution to developement, in addition to know that it does not require a huge financing like for the big ivestments. However, the growth and the developement of the women’s entrepreneurship is still restricted by how much it overcome the challenges of cultural and social constraints, as well as by the limitted funding for women entrepreneurs. So this study aims to understand the fact of women’s entrepreneurship in Algeria,also understanding the several social and economic challenges wich block the performance of the women entrepreneurs,in addition to the support and accompaniement devices wich are :ANDI,CNAC,L’ANGEM, ANED.
