التطبيع الإسرائيلي المغربي وتداعياته على مسألة التكامل المغاربي

Résumé: تتناول هذه الدراسة مسألة التطبيع الإسرائيلي المغربي، التي تمثل أحد معوقات مشروع التكامل المغاربي، باعتبار أن هذا التطبيع أثر بشكل سلبي على العلاقات المغاربية البينية وعلى وجه الخصوص العلاقات بين المغرب والجزائر. فعلى خلفية هذا التطبيع جاء قطع العلاقات الدبلوماسية بين البلدين، نظرا للموقف الجزائري الثابت والرافض لمسألة التطبيع مع إسرائيل ومبدئها الثابت في دعم القضية الصحراوية والفلسطينية، كما تعتبر أن تواجد إسرائيل في المنطقة هو استهداف لأمنها وزعزعة لاستقرارها واستقرار المنطقة المغاربية ككل. This study deals with the issue of Israeli-Moroccan normalization, which represents one of the obstacles to the Maghreb integration project, considering that this normalization negatively affected the inter-Maghreb relations, in particular the relations between Morocco and Algeria. Against the background of this normalization came the severing of diplomatic ties between the two countries, In view of the Algerian firm and refusal position on the issue of normalization with Israel and its firm principle in support of the Sahrawi and Palestinian cause. It also considers that Israel's presence in the region is targeting its security and destabilizing it and the stability of the Maghreb region as a whole.
