الفضاء الإفتراضي و تحول العلاقات الإجتماعية لدى الطالب الجامعي

Résumé: تتمثل هذه الدراسة في كونها – دراسة سوسيو اتصالية- ميدانية، بحيث تم دراسة ظاهرة اجتماعية موجودة على أرض الواقع، معتمدا بذلك على البعد الاتصالي في ضوء استخدام الفضاء الافتراضي- الفايسبوك- وأثره على العلاقات الاجتماعية لدى الطالب الجامعي من خلال تحول العلاقات الاجتماعية عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وخصوصا هذه المرحلة التي نعيشها بحيث تعتبر مرحلة ما بعد جائحة كوفيد 19 والتي تغيرت فيها طبيعة العلاقات الاجتماعية، وفي ضوء نظرية الاستخدامات والاشباعات ونظرية التفاعلية الرمزية بغية التعرف على مدى ارتباط الفضاء الافتراضي( الفايسبوك) ، ومساهمته في تحول نمط العلاقات الاجتماعية لدى الطالب الجامعي من خلال علاقة الصداقة والتواصل الدراسي والتواصل الأسري متمثلة في تشكيل وبناء علاقات افتراضية من خلال الاتصال الرقمي، ومايمز جيل الشباب الجامعي الرقمي من مميزات وخصائص عن الجيل السابق، حيث شملت الدراسة عينة تقدر بـ 470 مفردة –ذكورا واناث- من طالب وطالبة في جامعة محمد لمين دباغين سطيف 2، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج ونذكر من بينها ما يلي: -الطالب الجامعي يستخدم شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي "الفايسبوك" بشكل لافت وبإدمان كبير جدا، بحيث يكون دائم الاتصال عبر هذا الفضاء الافتراضي في كل وقت ومكان، بحيث يعيش في شبكة من العلاقات الاجتماعية الافتراضية في الفضاء الافتراضي أكثر مما يعيش علاقاته الاجتماعية الحقيقية في واقعه، وخصوصا مع انتشار ثقافة الانتقال بين التطبيقات الذكية، بحيث يمكن أن يشكل الطالب شبكة من العلاقات مع الأصدقاء الافتراضيين بأعداد كبيرة، وذلك من خلال البحث عن أصدقاء آخرين موجودين في تطبيقات أخرى على غرار الانستغرام والتيكتوك...الخ. -التواصل المستمر عبر موقع الفايسبوك بين الطلبة وأصدقائهم من خلال علاقة التعاون والتواصل الدراسي عبر مختلف المجموعات الدراسية، وتحقيق جو من النقاشات والحوارات افتراضيا فيما بينهم، وكذلك من خلال التفاعل المستمر والاهتمام الظاهر فيما بينهم من خلال التعليقات والرموز التعبيرية والدردشة في مختلف اهتماماتهم ودوافعهم المشتركة، وبالتالي كل ذلك أدى الى تقوية العلاقات الاجتماعية الافتراضية من ناحية علاقة الصداقة فيما بينهم نتيجة هذا التفاعل الافتراضي والاهتمام مع بعضهم البعض عبر مختلف منشوراتهم التي يتقاسمونها فيما بينهم. -ظهور مشكلات اجتماعية أسرية من بينها تراجع علاقة تواصل الطلبة مع أفراد أسرتهم نتيجة الإدمان المفرط لاستخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي "الفايسبوك"، والتي من مظاهرها ضعف علاقة التواصل مع أفراد أسرتهم والانعزال الأسري والتقليل من الحوارات والمناقشات داخل الأسرة، وهذا التأثير سلبي على العلاقات الأسرية، يؤدي في نهاية المطاف الى خلل في النسق الوظيفي والعلائقي داخل الأسرة. ///////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////// This study is a socio-communication field study, in which a social phenomenon existing on the ground was studied, relying on the communication dimension in light of the use of virtual space - Facebook - and its impact on the social relationships of university students through the transformation of social relationships through social networks. Social, especially this stage that we are living in, as it is considered the stage after the Covid-19 pandemic, in which the nature of social relations has changed, and in light of the theory of uses and gratifications and the theory of symbolic interactionism, in order to identify the extent of the connection between the virtual space (Facebook), Its contribution to transforming the pattern of social relationships among university students through the relationship of friendship, academic communication, and family communication is represented in the formation and building of virtual relationships through digital communication. The digital university youth generation has advantages and characteristics over the previous generation, as the study included a sample estimated at 470 individuals - males. And females -, among which we mention the following: -The university student uses social networking sites “Facebook” in a remarkable and very addictive way, so that he is constantly connected through this virtual space at all times and places, so that he lives in a network of virtual social relationships in the virtual space more than he experiences his real social relationships in reality, especially With the spread of the culture of switching between smart applications, a student can form a network of relationships with virtual friends in large numbers, by searching for other friends who exist in other applications such as Instagram, Tiktok... etc. -Continuous communication via Facebook between students and their friends through a relationship of cooperation and academic communication across various study groups, and achieving an atmosphere of virtual discussions and dialogues among them, as well as through continuous interaction and apparent interest among them through comments, emojis, and chat about their various common interests and motivations, Consequently, all of this led to the strengthening of virtual social relationships in terms of friendship between them as a result of this virtual interaction and interest with each other through their various posts that they share among themselves. -The emergence of social and family problems, including a decline in the students’ communication relationship with their family members as a result of excessive addiction to using social networking sites “Facebook,” the manifestations of which include a weak communication relationship with their family members, family isolation, and a reduction in dialogues and discussions within the family. This has a negative impact on family relationships. It ultimately leads to an imbalance in the functional and relational system within the family.
