المواصفة القياسية العالمية لأنظمة إدارة الجودة Iso 9001 كمدخل لتحسين الأداء الاقتصادي للمؤسسات الصناعية – دراسة حالة الشركة الإفريقية للزجاج Africaver بجيجل-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل آليات تحسين الأداء الاقتصادي للمؤسسة الصناعية في ظل تطبيق المواصفات القياسية ISO 9001 الصادرة عن المنظمة العالمية للمواصفات ISO، وفي سبيل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم استعراض مفاهيم عامة حول المواصفات القياسية العالمية ISO 9001، اضافة لأهم المعايير المعتمدة في تقييم الأداء الاقتصادي واختبار ذلك ميدانيا من خلال مراجعة التقارير السنوية للنشاط على مستوى الشركة الإفريقية للزجاج-africaver- والتي تعمل على تحسين أدائها الاقتصادي باستخدام المواصفة القياسية العالمية لإدارة الجودة ISO 9001، هاته الأخيرة كان لها تأثير إيجابي على بعض مؤشرات الأداء الاقتصادي للمؤسسة رغم بعض التذبذب خلال سنوات معينة. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها تحقيق انخفاض نسبي في تكاليف الإنتاج وتحسّن الإنتاجية الكلية لعوامل الإنتاج بعد حصول المؤسسة على شهادة ISO 9001 باستثناء مؤشر الربحية الذي سجّل عجزا خلال فترة الدراسة. This study aimed to analyze the mechanisms of improving the economic performance in the industrial enterprises under the application of the ISO 9001 issued by the (ISO) Organization, In order to achieve this goal, general concepts have been reviewed about the ISO 9001, and also indicators of economic performance evaluation, and testing this in the field Through reviewing the annual reports of activity at the level of the Africaver, which is working to improve its economic performance using the ISO 9001 for quality management, the latter has had a positive impact on some of the economic performance indicators. This study found these results to the most important of which is a relative decrease in production costs and improve the overall productivity of the factors of production after ISO 9001 implementation by enterprises, except for the profitability index which recorded a deficit during the study period.
