قياس أثر التنويع الاقتصادي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980-2017: دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج Ardl

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أثر التنويع الاقتصادي على النمو الاقتصادي بالجزائر خلال الفترة (1980-2017)، وذلك لإبراز أهمية إستراتيجية التنويع في تحقيق مستويات عالية للنمو الاقتصادي، والجزائر كإحدى الدول المعتمدة كليا في نشاطها على إيرادات النفط تواجه خطر عدم الاستقرار في ظل انهيار أسعار المحروقات التي تشهدها الأسواق العالمية في الفترة الحالية، وعليه تظهر حاجة الاقتصاد الجزائري إلى تنويع مصادر دخله، وبناء اقتصاد مستقر يرتكز على قاعدة متنوعة من الموارد الاقتصادية. وباستخدام نموذج ARDL خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها وجود علاقة طويلة الأجل لأثر التنويع الاقتصادي على النمو الاقتصادي خلال فترة الدراسة، لكنها ضعيفة نتيجة استمرار الاقتصاد الوطني في الاعتماد على النفط كمورد رئيسي للدخل الاقتصادي، وعليه لابد من تحقيق القيمة المضافة في قطاعات الاقتصاد الحقيقي بعيدا عن ريع المحروقات. ABSTRACT: This study aims to measure the impact of the economic diversification on the economic growth in Algeria during 1980 to 2017 in order to highlight the importance of diversification to achieve high levels in the economic growth. Algeria as a country that depends totally on the revenues of oil in its oil industries is facing the risk of instability considering the decrease in oil prices which the international markets currently suffer from. This shows the need of the Algerian economy to adapt diversification in its sources of incomes, and to build a stable economy that relies on a diversified base of strong economic resources. This research concluded many results, most important the existence of a long-term relationship between economic diversification and economic growth during the study period, however, it is weak due to the continued dependence of the national economy on oil as a major source of economic income.
