Recyclage Des Huiles Usées Par Extraction Liquide Liquide.
Résumé: The accumulation of used lubricating oils in our country has increased due to the boom in automobile and industrial activities. Responsible management of these waste oils is crucial to reducing environmental damage. Laboratory tests were carried out to design an efficient recycling process for collected oil. This involves processing steps such as solvent selection, extraction, distillation for solvent recovery and bentonite adsorption, resulting in successful recovery of the base oil. The treated base oil was characterized and compared to the virgin oil. This study highlights the vital need for sustainable practices in the management of used lubricating oils to address environmental concerns and adapt to increasing volumes in the automotive and industrial sectors. Innovative recycling processes offer a promising solution to reduce pollution and conserve valuable resources.
