"الآليات المنهجية لجرد التراث الثقافي اللامادي: ولاية المدية تجربة وأنموذجا" Methodological Mechanism For Inventorying The Intangible Cultural Heritage: The Wilaya Of Medea, An Experience And A Model

Résumé: الكثير من الباحثين وطلبة الدراسات العليا والأساتذة الجامعيين وذوي الاهتمام والاختصاص يتساءلون عن كيفيات جرد التراث الثقافي اللامادي وآليات تحديده. كما يتساءلون عن فحوى هذا التراث ومضامينه وماهياته. وقد يحبطون أحيانا أمام قلة التجارب في معالجة هذا الموضوع وقلة النشر الأكاديمي في هذا المجال. قد تختلط عليهم المصطلحات والمفاهيم ولا يجدون من يبيّن لهم ذلك. من خلال هذه الورقة نريد توضيح بعض المسائل المتعلقة باتفاقية اليونسكو 2003 لصون التراث الثقافي اللامادي، حيث يأتي مطلب الجرد الوطني في الاتفاقية كبند أساسي وضروري وقبل أي ترشيح دولي للتسجيل على أحد قوائم اليونسكو. تهدف أيضا من خلال هذا السياق، إلى تقديم نموذج عن حيثيات تطبيق هذا المطلب والجزائر من بين الدول المصادقة على الاتفاقية. أين سوف نتطرق إلى نقل تجربة جرد التراث الثقافي اللامادي لولاية المدية، بأطرها المؤسساتية والنظرية والمنهجية وبحيثياتها ونتائجها الميدانية، حيث تعد هذه الدراسة من بين التجارب الرائدة في إعداد قوائم الجرد الوطني. Abstract : Many researchers, postgraduate students, university professors, and specialized people wonder about the methods of inventorying intangible cultural heritage and the mechanisms of its identification, content, concepts, and definitions. Due to a lack of scholarly publications as well as feedback on the treatment of this subject, these individuals are perplexed and frustrated because they cannot find enough information. Through this contribution, we would like to clarify some issues related to the 2003 UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. Algeria is among the first signatory countries. The requirement of a national inventor is outlined in the Convention as a fundamental requirement prior to any application for international inclusion on UNESCO lists. We will discuss the experience of inventorying the intangible cultural heritage of the wilaya of Médéa, its research methods, its proficiency, and its field results. This study is part of the pioneering experiences in implementing a portion of the convention and developing national inventory lists.
