تحديد تنافسية القطاعات الصناعية باستخدام "أنموذج الماسة لبورتر" - دراسة حالة: القطاع الكهرومنزلي الجزائري

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد تنافسية القطاع الكهرومنزلي الجزائري، من خلال تشخيص مميزاته ومقومات نجاحه، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام "أنموذج الماسة" للاقتصادي الأمريكي "مايكل بورتر"، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، أهمها هو أن القطاع الكهرومنزلي الجزائري ينشط في ظروف ومحددات تنافسية جيدة منها الموارد المادية المتنوعة والمؤهلات البشرية الكفؤة ، والتي تعتبر أساسا لقيام أي نشاط ،إلا انه و على مستوى الكفاءة التشغيلية والتنافسية البعدية فهو ضعيف، حيث لازال القطاع الكهرومنزلي الجزائري بعيدا عن مستوى التنافسية الدولية. This study aims to determine the competitiveness of the Algerian Appliances sector by diagnosing ist advantages and success elements. and in order to achieve this objective, The American economist Michael Porter's diamond model was used, the study relied on the analytical descriptive approach. After data collection and analysis, the study reached a set of results, the most important are: The Algerian Appliances sector has good competitive conditions and determinants, including material and human resources, which are necessary for the establishment of any activity, but it is weak at the level of operational efficiency and dimensional competitiveness, as the Algerian Appliances sector is still far from the level of international competitiveness
