فعالية العلاج بالمخططات المبكرة غير المتكيّفة لـ: جيفري يونغ في تخفيض مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى الراشدين المصابين بمتلازمة القولون العصبي

Résumé: تكشف هذه الدراسة عن مدى فعالية العلاج بالمخططات المعرفية المبكرة لـ: جيفري يونغ في تخفيض مستوى الضغط النفسي لدى الراشدين المصابين بمتلازمة القولون العصبي، وقد تم إستخدام المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة والاعتماد على التقارير الطبية، والتحليل الوظيفي (شبكة سيكا Secca) والدليل التشخيصي والاحصاءي للاضطرابات العقليةDSM5والبرنامج العلاجي المتمثل في العلاج بال لـ: جيفري يونغ مع تطبيق مقياسين نفسيين (مقياس الضغط النفسي لوفونستان ومقياس المخططات المعرفية لـ: جيفري يونغ، وذلك بغرض إجراء قياس قبلي وقياس بعدي، وأخر تتبعي، على مجموعة البحث المتكونة من حالتين (02) راشدتين من جنس أنثى يتراوح سنهما ما بين (28 و 38 سنة) مصابتين بمرض القولون العصبي المصحوب بأعراض الضغط النفسي. وقد بينت نتائج الدراسة أن تقنيات العلاج بالمخططات لـ: يونغ، قد عملت على خفظ نشاط المخططات غير المكيّفة لدى الحالتين، وصحب ذلك إنخفاضا واضحا على مستوى الضغط النفسي، مع تراجع معتبر للأعراض المؤلمة والنوبات المتكررة لمرض القولون العصبي، تبعه تحسن الأداءات الوظيفية، وإرتفاع القدرة على التكيّف مع الوضعيات الضاغطة. This study reveals the effectiveness of early cognitive schemata therapy by : Jeffrey young in reducing stress level in adults with irrible bowel syndrome, using a semi directed clinical interview based on medical reports, functional analysis (secca Network) the diagnostic and statistical Manual of mental Disorder (DSM-5) and the therapeutic program of psychotherapy by Jeffrey young with the application of tow psychological scales (Lovenstan Stress Scale and the cognitive Schemes Scale by: Jeffrey Young, for purpose of conducting a premeasurement, and a follow-up, on the research group consisting of (02) adult cases of female sex, aged between ( 28 and 38 years old), diagnostic with Irrible Bowel Syndroms of psychological Stress , the results of the Study showed that the treatment techniques of young’s schemes worked to reduce the activity of the non adapted schemes in the cases, and this was accompanied by a clear decrease in the level psychological pressure, with a significant decrease in the painful symptoms and recurrent attacks of irritable bowel Disearse, followed by an improvement in functional performance and an increase In ability to adapt to stressful situations,
