Résumé: تعد الية الطعن في أحكام التحكيم في الجزائر ضمانة أساسية لضمان صحة وسلامة تلك الأحكام كما تساهم في تعزيز الثقة في التحكيم كآلية فعالة لفض المنازعات وتوفير هذه الضوابط القانونية للأطراف المعنية امكانيات التحكم من اي أخطاء أو مخالفات قد تقع في أحكام التحكيم، مما يساهم في تحقيق العدالة وحماية حقوق جميع الأطراف. Abstract The mechanism for appealing arbitration awards in Algeria is a basic guarantee to ensure the validity and integrity of those awards. It also contributes to enhancing confidence in arbitration as an effective mechanism for resolving disputes. These legal controls provide the parties concerned with the ability to control any errors or violations that may occur in arbitration awards, which contributes to achieving justice.
