دور المختص في علم النفس عمل وتنظيم في المؤسسات وأساليب الكشف عن الضغط النفسي لدى العمال

Résumé: الملخص: إن دراسة موضوع دور المختص في علم النفس عمل وتنظيم، وأساليب الكشف و التخفيف من الضغط النفسي، من المواضيع التي إهتم بها الكثير من الباحثين، في ميدان علم النفس، وذلك للأهمية التي يكسبها العامل داخل المؤسسات، لذا جاءت هذه الدراسة لمحاولة التعرف على واقع المختص في علم النفس عمل وتنظيم داخل المؤسسات الجزائرية، وذلك بغية التعرف على الدور الذي يلعبه المختص النفسي في التخفيف من مشكلات العامل، باعتبار العنصر البشري هو اساس قيام اي منظمة. فقد كانت توقعات الباحثان ان لمختص في علم النفس عمل وتنظيم دور فعال في تحقيق التوافق داخل المؤسسة باعتباره يقوم على توعية العمال وتوجيههم وارساء الامان داخل المؤسسات. Abstract:The study of the topic of the role of the specialist in psychology, work, organization, methods of detection and relieving psychological stress, is one of the topics that many researchers have been interested in, in the field of psychology, due to the importance that the worker gains within institutions, so this study came to try to identify the reality of the specialist in psychology. And organizing within the Algerian institutions, through the distribution of a quiz, in order to identify the role played by the psychologist in alleviating the problems of the worker, as the human element is the basis for the establishment of any organization. The expectations of the researchers were that a psychologist has an effective role and organization in achieving consensus within the institution, as it is based on educating workers, guiding them, and establishing safety within the institutions
