المشاريع الاستثمارية الجزائرية الواعدة في ظل الشراكة الجديدة لتنمية إفريقيا "نيباد": تحديات الحاضر ورؤى المستقبل (algeria's Promising Investment Projects Under The New Partnership For Africa's Development “nepad”: Challenges Of The Present And Visions Of The Future)

Résumé: تهدف دراستنا هذه إلى تسليط الضوء على دور الجزائر في دعم وتطوير الاقتصاد الإفريقي من خلال المشاريع الاستثمارية التي بادرت بها الجزائر في ظل شراكة التنمية الإفريقية "نيباد"، بحيث تنوعت في عديد القطاعات من بينها البنى التحتية، الطاقة والاتصالات. تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في هذه الدراسة باعتباره الأنسب للإجابة على إشكاليتها والتي تتمحور أساسا حول مدى أهمية المشاريع الاستثمارية الجزائرية في ظل شراكة التنمية الإفريقية "نيباد" في تعزيز موقع الجزائر الاستثماري والدبلوماسي بالقارة السمراء وتموقع شركاتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها أن المشاريع الاستثمارية الإستراتيجية على غرار ميناء تيبازة التجاري، الطريق العابر للصحراء، مشروع أنبوب الغاز العابر للصحراء "نيغال" ومشروع شبكة الألياف البصرية من الجزائر إلى دول إفريقية (خط الجزائر-زيندر-أبوجا) هي مشاريع واعدة يمكن أن تفيد الجزائر مستقبلا إذا تم استغلالها بصورة جيدة، كما تسمح هذه المشاريع بتعزيز التقارب جنوب – جنوب بالقارة السمراء، وتتيح الاستفادة من الفرص الخاصة بالاقتصاد والاندماج التجاري بين الدول الإفريقية. This study aims to highlight the role of Algeria in supporting and developing the African economy through the investment projects initiated by Algeria under the African Development Partnership (NEPAD), which varied in many sectors including infrastructure, energy and telecommunications. The analytical-descriptive approach was used in this study as the most appropriate to answer its problem, which is mainly focused on the importance of Algerian investment projects under the African Development Partnership. (NEPAD) In strengthening Algeria's investment and diplomatic position in the continent and positioning its companies. The study found a number of results: the most prominent of which are the strategic investment projects such as the Tebaza commercial port, the Trans-Saharan Road, the Trans-Sahara Gas Pipeline Project and the fiber-optic network project from Algeria to African countries (Algiers-Zinder-Abuja) are promising projects that could benefit Algeria in the future if Well-exploited. These projects also allow the South-South proximity to the Black Continent to be strengthened and allow for opportunities for economic and commercial integration among African countries and also to provide access to opportunities for economic and commercial integration among African countries.
