دور الحفاظ على التراث المعماري في تفعيل التنمية المستدامة للسياحة والاقتصاد الوطني

Résumé: يعكس التراث المعماري الهوية الحضارية للإنسان لما يحمله من قيم تاريخية وثقافية وفنية وجمالية تنم على إفرازات طبيعية لتفاعلاته التاريخية والسياسية والاقتصادية على مر العصور، ومن هنا انبثقت ضرورة حمايته والحفاظ عليه من مختلف عوامل التلف التي تهدد بقاؤه ولاسيما في ظل توجه العديد من الدول إلى دمجه في العجلة الاقتصادية من خلال السياحة. تعد السياحة في العديد من الدول من أهم الركائز التي يعتمد عليها الدخل القومي، ولعل من أهم مصادر الحيوية للسياحة التراث المعماري باعتباره أداة جذب للسياحة ووسيلة للتنمية الاقتصادية في العديد من الدول، ومن هنا تبرز أهمية المحافظة علية لما يحمله من قيم تاريخية وفنية ومصدر ثروة وطنية. كما وجب ايجاد توازن بين متطلبات التنمية السياحية والاقتصادية في المناطق التراثية ووسائل حماية التراث العمراني من الأخطار البيئية والبشرية الناجمة عن سوء توظيفه واستخدامه. The architectural heritage reflects the cultural identity of man because of its historical, cultural, artistic and aesthetic values that reflect the natural secretions of its historical, political and economic interactions through the ages. These reason the need for its protection and preservation against the various factors of damage that threaten its survival, especially in light of the trend of countries for tourism.Tourism is a tool for developing the economy and raising national income. The architectural heritage is one of the most vital sources of tourism because it is a means of attraction for tourism and a means of economic development in many countries. The importance of preserving it lies in its historical, artistic and national economic values. A balance must also be struck between the requirements of tourism development in heritage areas and the means to protect urban heritage from environmental and human hazards due to mis-employment and misuse.
