الاضطرابات الشخصية ومستوى النرجسية لدى المراهقين الجانحين

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة. هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المراهقين الجانحين، ومعرفة نوع الاضطرابات الشخصية التي يعانون منها، ومستوى النرجسية لديهم. وقد حددت إشكالية الدراسة بالتساؤل العام: • ما هي الاضطرابات الشخصية التي يعاني منها المراهقين الجانحين، وما هو مستوى النرجسية لديهم؟ تفرع منها أربعة تساؤلات جزئية التالية: • هل يعاني المراهقين الجانحين من اضطراب الشخصية السيكوباتية؟ • هل يعاني المراهقين الجانحين من اضطراب الشخصية الحدية؟ • هل يعاني المراهقين الجانحين من اضطراب الشخصية النرجسية؟ • هل يعاني المراهقين الجانحين من مستوى منخفض من النرجسية؟ خصت الدراسة مجموعة البحث تكونت من (06) حالات من المراهقين الجانحين من الجنس الذكوري، اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة حالة، كما تم تطبيق مقياس مستوى النرجسية للباحثة بن جديدي سعاد، للكشف على ما إذا كان مستوى النرجسية عند المراهقين الجانحين منخفض، ومقياس الاضطرابات الشخصية لمعرفة نوع الاضطرابات الشخصية التي لديهم، وتم استخدام المقابلة نصف الموجهة من أجل جمع أكبر قدر ممكن من المعلومات عن الحالات. • توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: • الحالةالأولى: - تحققت الفرضية العامة جزئيا لأن مستوى النرجسية لدى الحالة كان متوسط وليس منخفض، وتعاني الحالة من اضطراب الشخصية. - تحققت الفرضية الجزئية التي نصت على أن المراهق الجانح يعاني من اضطراب الشخصية السيكوباتية. • بالنسبة للحالة الثانية: - تحققت الفرضية العامة جزئيا لأن مستوى النرجسية لدى الحالة كان متوسط وليس منخفض، وتعاني الحالة من اضطراب الشخصية. - تحققت الفرضية الجزئية التي نصت أن المراهق الجانح يعاني من اضطراب الشخصية الحدية. • بالنسبة للحالة الثالثة: - تحققت الفرضية العامة جزئيا لأن مستوى النرجسية لدى الحالة كان متوسط وليس منخفض، وتعاني الحالة من اضطراب الشخصية. - تحققت الفرضية الجزئية التي مفادها أن المراهق الجانح يعاني من اضطراب الشخصية النرجسية. أما بالنسبة للحالات الثلاث المتبقية، فتحققت الفرضية العامة جزئيا، لأن مستوى النرجسية كان متوسط لديهم وليس منخفض، ويعاني الحالات من اضطرابات الشخصية. وتحققت الفرضية الجزئية التي مفادها أن المراهق الجانح يعاني من اضطراب الشخصية الحدية والسيكوباتية. Abstract: Title of the study: "Personality Disorders and Narcissism Levels among Delinquent Adolescents". The aim of the current study was to identify delinquent adolescents, determine the types of personality disorders they suffer from, and assess their levels of narcissism. The study problem was defined by the general question: What are the personality disorders experienced by delinquent adolescents, and what is their level of narcissism? Four specific sub-questions derived from the main question: • Do delinquent adolescents suffer from psychopathic personality disorder? • Do delinquent adolescents suffer from borderline personality disorder? • Do delinquent adolescents suffer from narcissistic personality disorder? • Do delinquent adolescents exhibit low levels of narcissism? The study focused on a research group consisting of six male delinquent adolescents. The clinical case study method was employed, and the researcher used the Narcissism Level Scale by researcher (Ben Jdid Saad) to determine whether the delinquent adolescents had low levels of narcissism. The Personality Disorders Scale was used to identify the types of personality disorders they had. A semi-structured interview was conducted to gather as much information as possible about the cases. The following results were obtained from this study: Regarding the first case: The general hypothesis was partially confirmed as the case exhibited an average level of narcissism rather than a low level, and they suffered from a personality disorder. The specific hypothesis stating that delinquent adolescents suffer from psychopathic personality disorder was confirmed. Regarding the second case: The general hypothesis was partially confirmed as the case exhibited an average level of narcissism rather than a low level, and they suffered from a personality disorder. The specific hypothesis stating that delinquent adolescents suffer from borderline personality disorder was confirmed. Regarding the third case: The general hypothesis was partially confirmed as the case exhibited an average level of narcissism rather than a low level, and they suffered from a personality disorder. The specific hypothesis stating that delinquent adolescents suffer from narcissistic personality disorder was confirmed. As for the remaining three cases, the general hypothesis was partially confirmed, as they had average levels of narcissism rather than low levels, and the cases suffered from personality disorders.
