Résumé: This study aims to Know the relationship between the perception level of the teachers of physical and sportive education of the value of belonging predominant in the school program with their motivation level to teach in the middle school phase, also to know if there are statistically significant differences in the perception level of the teachers of physical and sportive education of the values of belonging predominant in the school program, and their motivation level to teach attributed to the variables of (qualification, years of experience, age) and we used in our study the connected descriptive approach, we applied the standard of the trend towards belonging of the researcher ” Latifa Khadar Ibrahim” (2000), the measure of achievement motivation for the teacher of the researcher Abderrahmane Salah Azreg (2000), after checking its credibility and validity, the study has been applied on a random stratified sample contains 170 teachers of physical and sportive education in some middle schools of the province of M’sila. To check-up the hypothesis a T-Test has been used to discover the perception level of the teachers of physical and sportive education of the values of belonging predominant in the school program with their motivation level to teach in the middle school phase, and the coefficient of correlation (pearson) to detect the relationship between the perception level of the teachers of physical and sportive education of the values of belonging predominant in the school program with their motivation level to teach in the middle school phase, and also the test of one way analysis (One Way Anova) to study the differences in the perception level of the teachers of physical and sportive education of the values of belonging predominant in the school program with their motivation level to teach in the middle school phase, attributed to the variables of (qualification, years of experience, age). The following results were reached: - The teachers of physical and sportive education in middle school phase are characterized by a high perception level of the values of belonging predominant in the school program. - There are no statistically significant differences in the perception level of the teachers of physical and sportive education of the values of belonging predominant in the school program attributed to the variables of (qualification, years of experience, age). - The teachers of physical and sportive education in middle school phase are characterized by a high motivation level to teach. - There are no statistically significant differences in the motivation level of the teachers of physical and sportive education attributed to the variables of (qualification, years of experience, age). - There is no correlation between the perception level of the teachers of physical and sportive education of the values of belonging predominant in the school program with their motivation level to teach in the middle school phase.
