So that digital documents can be dealt with and accessed in an easy and safe way and at the lowest possible cost, and data can be processed through a set of advanced functions and in the shortest possible time, as well as creating a place to store the digital archive and preserve the paper archive, which helps and facilitates the process of managing the archive and increasing its efficiency. "
