دراسة تحليلية لمؤشرات الاقتصاد الرقمي ودورها في تفعيل الصيرفة الإلكترونية في الدول العربية

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز مساهمة الاقتصاد الرقمي في تطوير العمل المصرفي، وكذا تقييم واقع الاقتصاد الرقمي والصيرفة الإلكترونية في الدول العربية من خلال عرض وتحليل بعض المعطيات الإحصائية لمؤشرات الاقتصاد الرقمي والبني التحتية للبنوك الإلكترونية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تبني القطاع المصرفي للاقتصاد الرقمي ساهم في تطوير الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية، غير أن الدول العربية لا تزال بعيدة عن المستوى الذي وصلت إليه أغلب دول العالم في مجال الخدمات المصرفية الإلكترونية وتطبيقات الاقتصاد الرقمي، حيث أنها تسجل تأخر في مختلف وسائل الدفع الحديثة. Abstract: The study aimed to highlight the contribution of the digital economy to the development of banking, as well as to evaluate the reality of the digital economy and electronic banking in Arab countries by presenting and analyzing some statistical data on indicators of the digital economy and the infrastructure of electronic banks. The study concluded that the banking sector's adoption of the digital economy contributed to the development of electronic banking services, but the Arab countries are still far from the level reached by most countries in the world in the field of electronic banking services and digital economy applications, as they record a delay in various modern payment methods.
