رهانات المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية Sdat2030 بين الواقع والأفاق

Résumé: قد سمح التشخيص والتدقيق اللذان أنجزا في إطار إعداد المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية " 2030 SDAT "، بتحديد التوجيهات الكبرى للصناعة العالمية للسياحة، وتحديد تعريف تطلعات الزبائن المحليين والدوليين، مع إبراز القدرات والرهانات السياحية الكبيرة لبلادنا، وتعريف الاختلالات التي يمكن أن تعيق التنمية السياحية، لكن وفي نفس الوقت مواكبة الانعطافات التي يمكن أن تدعمها. ومن ثم ، يتعين القيام بعمل معمق لإعادة صياغة السياحة الجزائرية لجعل بلادنا وافدا جديدا في السياحة المتوسطية ، مع مراعاة تحذيرها أيضا في تنمية الإقليم و في محيطه المحلي. The audit and the diagnosis performed as part of the development of the master plan of tourist development « SDAT2030 » made it possible to reveal the big tendencies of the world tourism industry ,to define the exceptions of the national and international clienteles, to highlight the potential and major tourist issues of our country, and to characterize the gaps and obstacles that can block the tourist development , but also the inflections that can consolidate it, From that , it҆ s a question to undertake a deep work refoundation tourism national make our country a new entering tourism Mediterranean , while taking care of the rooted in the land development, and in its local environnement.
