الالتزام التنظيمي- مدخل نظري -

Résumé: يعالج المقال في مجمله النظريات المفسرة للالتزام التنظيمي، والذي يعد من المواضيع التي لاقت اهتماما واضحا في حقل الإدارة في العقود الأخيرة ، لما له من علاقة بفعالية المنظمة و درجة إنجاز العمل فيها، بالإضافة إلى أن الالتزام التنظيمي يعتبر عنصرا حيويا في بلوغ الأهداف التنظيمية لهذه الأخيرة ألا و هي المنظمة، و تعزيز الإبداع لدى العاملين فيها و تحسين أدائهم ، الاستقرار، و الثقة بين الإدارة و العاملين فيها....، كذلك يسهم الالتزام التنظيمي في تطوير قدرات المنظمة على البقاء و النمو المتواصل و تحقيق ميزة تنافسية في الأسواق. The article deals in its entirety with the theories explaining organizational commitment, which is one of the topics that have received clear attention in the field of management in recent decades, because of its relationship to the effectiveness of the organization and the degree of work completion in it, in addition to the fact that organizational commitment is a vital element in achieving the organizational goals of the latter. That is, the organization, and enhancing the creativity of its employees and improving their performance, stability, and trust between the management and its employees...., Organizational commitment also contributes to developing the organization's capabilities to survive, continuous growth, and achieve a competitive advantage in the markets.
