دور آليات حوكمة الشركات في ممارسة التحفظ المحاسبي - دراسة تطبيقية ببعض الشركات المسعرة في البورصة بالجزائر-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة لمعرفة دور آليات حوكمة الشركات في ممارسة التحفظ المحاسبي بالشركات المسعرة في البورصة بالجزائر، وقد تم إجراء دراسة تطبيقية على مستوى بعض الشركات المسعرة في البورصة بالجزائر (شركة أليانس للتأمينات وشركة صيدال وبيوفارم للصناعات الصيدلانية) حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة من الأطراف الداخلية والخارجية المعنية بتطبيق آليات حوكمة الشركات بالجزائر وقد خلصت الدراسة الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن آليات حوكمة الشركات بالشركات المسعرة في البورصة بالجزائر تساهم في ممارسة التحفظ المحاسبي بواسطة آلية مجلس الادارة، والتي تعتبر آلية داخلية لحوكمة الشركات This study aims to know the role of corporate governance mechanisms in practicing accounting reservation in companies listed on the stock exchange in Algeria and an applied study was conducted at the level of some companies listed on the stock exchange in Algeria (Alliance Insurance Company Saidal and Biopharma for the Pharmaceutical Industries where a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of parties The study concluded with a set of results، the most important of which is that the corporate governance mechanisms in the companies listed on the Stock Exchange in Algeria contribute to the practice of accounting reservation through the board of directors mechanism which is considered an internal mechanism for corporate governance
