النظام القانوني للوقف في الجزائر
Résumé: اهتمت الجزائر على غرار جميع الدول الإسلامية بالوقف حيث تجسد هذا الاهتمام أكثر بعد 1991 من خلال الرقابة التي حظيت بها الاسلاك الوقفية ولهذا عمدت الجزائر الي تنظيم قطاع الوقف وبناءه من خلال هيكلة الوقف وتنظيم ادارته حيث قسمت إدارة الوقف الي مركزية ومحلية مع اسناد تسيير الأوقاف لإطارات تتوفر على كفاءة ضرورية لهذا النوع من التسيير. فالوقف يستند الي شخص يديره وهو ناظر الوقف فاذا لم يتوفر هذا الأخير فلا ضمان لبقاء الملك الوقفي كما اوجد المشرع الطرق لاستغلال واستثمار الملك الوقفي لتحصيل فوائده إضافة الي تفعيل إضافة الي تفعيل قوانين واليات لحمايته ما قد يؤثر سلبا عليه. Summary Algeria, like all Islamic countries, has taken care of the moratorium. This interest was further reflected in 1991 through the supervision of the waqf wire. Algeria has therefore organized and built the waqf sector through the structuring of the waqf and the organization of its administration. The moratorium is based on a person administered by him while he is the observer of the moratorium. If the latter is not available, there is no guarantee of the stay of the suspended King. The legislature has also created ways to exploit and invest the suspended King to collect his benefits.
