حقوق الملكية الفكرية للمصنفات المعلوماتية

Résumé: الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التركيز على طرق تحقيق الحماية للمصنفات المعلوماتية المتمثلة في برامج الحاسوب، قواعد البيانات، مواقع الانترنت، طوبوغرافيا الدوائر المتكاملة و المهارات من التزوير و التقليد عن طريق حقوق الملكية الفكرية. و توصلت إلى أن لكل مصنف حقوق ملكية خاصة به تتماشى مع شكله و محتواه، فهناك ما تحمى عن طريق براءة الاختراع، و هناك ما تحمى عن طريق حقوق المؤلف، إضافة إلى ظهور حقوق جديدة تتماشى مع التطورات المعلوماتية مثل حقوق منتج قواعد المعطيات ... Abstract: This study aims to focus on ways to achieve protection for informational works represented in computer programs, databases, websites, topography of integrated circuits and skills from counterfeiting through intellectual property rights. The study concluded that each informational work has its own proprietary rights that are in line with its form and content, There is what is protected by a patent, and there is what is protected by copyright, in addition to the emergence of new rights that are in line with informational developments such as the rights of the database product.
