Résumé: "الملخص يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز واقع إدارة الابتكار و التغيير الإستراتيجي في المؤسسات الكبيرة (العوائق والحلول) ، وذلك بدراسة حالة الشركة الجزائرية للتأمين وإعادة التأمين المديرية الجهوية عنابة، ومن أجل بلوغ هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي في الفصل النظري، حيث تطرقنا للتأصيل النظري لإدارة الابتكار والتغيير الإستراتيجي، وكذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي في الدراسة الميدانية حيث تم توزيع استبيان على 32 موظفا في المؤسسة وتم الاعتماد على برنامج SPSS في تحليل النتائج. تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: تسعى الشركة الجزائرية للتأمين و إعادة التأمين المديرية الجهوية بعنابة لتطبيق إدارة الابتكار والتغيير الإستراتيجي؛ يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية على وجود عوائق عند تطبيق إدارة الابتكار والتغير الإستراتيجي في الشركة الجزائرية للتأمين و إعادة التأمين المديرية الجهوية بعنابة؛ يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية على وجود حلول مقترحة لتطبيق إدارة الابتكار والتغير الإستراتيجي في الشركة الجزائرية للتأمين و إعادة التأمين المديرية الجهوية بعنابة؛ وخلصت الدراسة لمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: زيادة الاهتمام الابتكار وتأسيس ثقافته في الشركة ودعم إدارته . " "Abstract: This research aims to highlight the reality of innovation management and strategic change in large institutions (obstacles and solutions), by studying the case of the Algerian Insurance and Reinsurance Company Regional Directorate Annaba, and in order to achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was relied on in the theoretical chapter, where we touched on the theoretical rooting of innovation management and strategic change, as well as the analytical approach was relied on in the field study, where a questionnaire was distributed to 32 employees in the institution and the SPSS program was relied on in analyzing the results.
