دور التطبيقات الالكترونية في تحسين اداء العمال "دراسة حالة وكالة صندوق الوطني للتقاعد Cnrبورقلة "

Résumé: عالجت الدراسة موضوع دور التطبيقات الإلكترونية في تحسين أداء العمال، بحيث طرحت إشكالية، ما هو تأثير التطبيقات الالكترونية على أداء عمال الصندوق الوطني للتقاعد بورقلة ؟ وقد هدفت الدراسة إلى أهمية الاعتماد على التطبيقات الإلكترونية خلال قيامهم بعملهم في تحسين أداء العمال والتسهيلات التي قدمتها هذه التطبيقات للعمال. اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج المسحي باعتباره المنهج الملائم للدراسة فهو يقوم على جمع المعلومات والبيانات التي تساعد على الكشف عن كل الجوانب الخاصة بالدراسة. كما اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على الملاحظة واستمارة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات وقد تضمنت 29 سؤال مقسمة إلى ثلاث محاور بحيث تم توزيع 60 استمارة على عمال المؤسسة، كما اعتمدنا على العينة العشوائية حيث تمثلت في عمال صندوق لوطني للتقاعد بورقلة وقد بلغ عددهم 50 عامل, وبعد جمع البيانات وعرضها وتحليلها وصلنا إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات أهمها: ان دور التطبيقات الالكترونية لها فعالية الى حد مقبول وتكون لها افاق في تحسين انتاجية العمل والاداء. The study dealt with the issue of the role of electronic applications in improving the performance of workers, as it posed a problem, what is the impact of electronic applications on the performance of workers of the National Pension Fund in Ouargla? The study aimed at the importance of relying on electronic applications during their work in improving the performance of workers and the facilities provided by these applications to workers. In this study, we relied on the survey method as the appropriate method for the study, as it is based on collecting information and data that help reveal all aspects of the study. In this study, we also relied on the observation and the questionnaire to collect data, which included 29 questions divided into three axes, as 60 forms were distributed to the workers of the institution. Presenting and analyzing them, we reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: The role of electronic applications is effective to an acceptable extent and has prospects for improving work productivity and performance
