دور الاعتماد الايجاري في تمويل المشاريع المنجزة بعقد البوت دراسة في التجربتين الجزائرية والأردنية

Résumé: في ظل التحولات الاقتصادية التي شهدتها الدول بما فيها الجزائر والأردن، وأمام التطورات الحاصلة في حاجات المواطنين كما ونوعا أصبح لزاما عليهما إنجاز عديد المشاريع التي تكفل مواكبتها، الأمر الذي يتطلب توافر موارد مالية ضخمة غالبا ما لا تتوافر لديها بالنظر للعجز الذي تعانيه ميزانياتها، نتيجة لذلك كان لزاما عليهما التوجه لعقد البوت والذي يعول فيه على القطاع الخاص في إنجاز وتشغيل المشاريع المنجزة. بالنظر لكون عقد البوت عقد تمويليا بالأساس وسببا في التوجه إليه نتناول من خلال دراستنا دور الاعتماد الإيجاري في تمويل المشاريع المنجزة به في كل من الجزائر والأردن. With the economic transformations that most of the countries all around the world knew, including Algeria and Jordan, and in view of the increasing needs of their citizens quantitatively and qualitatively, it has become a necessity that countries develop many projects to meet those needs. This requires important financial resources that most of the countries do not own due to the deficit in their budgets as a result they have to adopt BOT contract. This later relies on the private sector in the implementation and operation of the projects. With the fact that the BOT contract is a financing contract, we are going to show, through this study, the role of the leasing in financing the projects being implemented in Algeria and Jordan.
