استخدامات الذكاء الاصطناعي في عملية التعليم عن بعد التطبيقات، المزايا والتحديات

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة الأدوار التطبيقية للذكاء الاصطناعي في عملية التعليم عن بعد الذي يعد توجها جديدا تخوضه مؤسسات التعليم العالي في الجزائر، حيث من متطلباته تطوير المعارف التقنية والتكنولوجية مواكبة لطرائق التعليم الحديثة خاصة مع توسع استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في عملية التعليم رغم التحديات التي تحيط به. خلصت الدراسة أن استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي يساهم في تطوير عملية التعليم عن بعد عن طريق تطبيقات مبتكرة كالمحتوى الذكي والمنصات التعليمية المدعومة به، والنظم الخبيرة والواقع المعزز والافتراضي وغيرها، مما يمنح مزايا عديدة لدعم نمط التعليم عن بعد، إلا أن التحديات تفرض الرقابة المستمرة على مخرجاتها حتى يتم المحافظة على محتوى تعليمي آمن وخالي من التحيز . The study aims to find out the applied roles of artificial intelligence in the process of distance education, which is a new trend being pursued by higher education institutions in Algeria, where one of its requirements is to develop technical and technological knowledge to keep pace with modern methods of education, especially with the expansion of the use of artificial intelligence in the education process despite the challenges surrounding it. The study concluded that the use of artificial intelligence contributes to the development of the distance education process through innovative applications such as smart content and educational platforms supported by IT, expert systems, augmented and virtual reality, and others, which gives many advantages to support the mode of distance education, but challenges impose constant control over its outputs so as to maintain safe and bias-free educational content.
