Résumé: لقد أفرد المشرع الجزائري قانونا خاصا بحماية الطفل و هو القانون رقم 15-12 المؤرخ في 15 يوليو سنة 2015، الهدف منه هو تحديد قواعد و آليات حماية الطفل، و قد خصّصنا موضوع الدراسة حول فئة معينة من الأطفال متمثلة في الطفل الجانح. حيث يتّخذ في شأن الطفل الجانح واحد أو أكثر من تدابير الحماية و التهذيب مع مراعاة ضمانات محاكمته. The Algerian legislature has been singled out child protection law N° 15-12 of July 2015, its purpose is to determine the rules and mechanisms of child protection, the subject of the study was devoted to the sample of children represented in children delinquent one or more measures of protection and refinement talking into account the guarantees of the trial.
