ظاهرة انعدام الأمن في المغرب الإسلامي خلال القرنين الثامن والتاسع الهجريين

Résumé: مع ظهور الدول الثلاث الحفصيةوالزيانيةوالمرينية وتمكنها في المغرب والأندلس وخاصة في القرن الثامن والتاسع هجري ظهرت عدة إظطربات وفتن زعزعت مجتمع المغرب الإسلامي منها الصراعات الداخلية والأسرية التي رجعت على المجتمع المغرب الإسلامي حيث نتج عن هذا الصراع إنعدام الأمن في الدول الثلاث ،وأيضا الصراعات الخارجية أو صراعات الدول في ما بينها التي إنعكست سلبيا على مجتمعات هذه الدول منها ظهوراللصوصية والسرقة والنهب وغيرها من الأفعال العدوانية،ومع دحول الأعراب في المنطقة أدى إلى حدوث عدة إظطربات سلبيا وإيجابية وحدوث عدة صراعات مع هذه القبائل وهي بنو هلال وبنو مرين ومعقل دخلوا في هذه الدول وجرت عدة أحداث كانت سببا في إنعدام الأمن في المغرب الإسلامي منها الغارات العربية،وخلفت هذه الحروب والصراعات خسائر بشرية كبير جدا،وأيضا نلاحظ ظاهرة السبي والأسرة من مخلفات الحرب ،وأيضا الآثار الإجتماعية والصحية مثلا ظهور المجاعة والأبئة والأمراض ،وهذا بسبب الحروب التي نتجت عن ظاهرة إنعدام الأمن وإنعكاساته على المجتمع المغرب الإسلامي . With the advent of the three Hafsid, Zayani, and Marinid states, and their conquest in Morocco and Andalusia, especially in the eighth and ninth centuries AH, several disturbances and strife emerged that shook the Islamic Maghreb community, including internal and family conflicts that reverted to the Islamic Maghreb community, as this conflict resulted in insecurity in the three countries, as well as external conflicts or The conflicts of the countries among themselves, which negatively affected the societies of these countries, including the emergence of banditry, theft, looting, and other aggressive acts, and with the arrival of the Arabs in the region, this led to the occurrence of several disturbances, negative and positive, and the occurrence of several conflicts with these tribes, which are the BanuHilal, the Banu Marin, and Maqil. Several events were the cause of insecurity in the Islamic Maghreb, including the Arab raids, and these wars and conflicts left very large human losses. Security and its repercussions on the Islamic Maghreb society.
