دور نظم المعلومات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية

Résumé: "إن الحديث عن دور نظم المعلومات في بناء وتطوير الميزة التنافسية لمؤسسات الأعمال من أجل التفوق التنافسي يتطلب النظر إلى نظم المعلومات نظرة غير تقليدية، أي أن تكون عبارة عن نظم تعتمد على تكنولوجيا المعلومات وبرمجيات متطورة قادرة على خلق أو المحافظة على الميزة التنافسية لهذه المؤسسات ولقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الذي تمارسه نظم المعلومات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية وتم اسقاط ذلك على مؤسستي ""موبيليس"" و""جيزي"" بولاية الوادي، وقد تم الإعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة استخدمت لجمع المعلومات من المؤسستي وتحليلها ومعالجتها بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الاجتماعية Spss، لنتوصل إلى نتائج كان من أهمها أن نظم المعلومات تلعب دورا مهما وفعال في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في المؤسستين. ""Talking about the role of information systems in building and developing the competitive advantage of business enterprises for competitive advantage requires looking at information systems with an unconventional view, that is, they are systems based on information technology and advanced software capable of creating or maintaining the competitive advantage of these institutions. This study aims to highlight the role played by information systems in achieving competitive advantage, and this was projected on the “Mobilis” and “Jezy” organizations in El-Wadi State, and the questionnaire was relied on as a study tool that was used to collect information from the two institutions, analyze and treat it by means of the social package Spss program, to reach a conclusion The most important results were that information systems play an important and effective role in achieving competitive advantage in the two institutions.
