Résumé: الملخص: تعد الرّواية الجنس الأدبي الأكثر انفتاحا على الأجناس الأدبية الأخرى، و كذلك الحال ذاته مع العلوم الإنسانية ، مما جعلها الأكثر رواجا بين مثيلاتها في عالم السّرد، خاصة في العصر الحديث ،من خلال هذه الدراسة سأتطرق و أعرج على مدى توظيف الآثار و كذلك توظيف التّراث في الرّواية الجزائرية المعاصرة ، متخذا من رواية "عين حمورابي" أنموذجا و مدونة للدراسة ، و ذلك لحل إشكالية تمثلت فيما يلي : كيف تم توظيف الآثار و توظيف التّراث بين سعة خيال الكاتب و حقائق التّاريخ و الواقع؟ :Abstract The novel is the genre that opens the most on the other literary genres. The same applies to the human sciences, what made it the most common genre in the narration world, mainly in the modern era. Through this study, I shall tackle the employment of the ruins and the heritage in the contemporary Algerian novel, taking the novel "Ain Hammurabi" of Abd al Latif Weld Abdallah as a model to answer the problematic that says, " how were the ruins and the ? heritage employed between the wide imagination of the author and the real historical facts
