دراسةالإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى عمال وحدة المكيفات الهوائية بالمؤسسة الوطنية لصناعة الأجهزة الكهرومنزلية(eniem)
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مستوى الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى عمال وحدة المكيفات الهوائية بمؤسسة ENIEM بولاية تيزي وزو، حيث تم إعتماد مقياس كورنل على عينة تكونت من (100) عامل في الوحدة محل الدراسة، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي أفضت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى عمال وحدة المكيفات الهوائية بمؤسسة ENIEM متوسط، كما توصلنا إلى عدم وجود فروقات في الإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى عمال الوحدة المدروسين تعزى لمتغير العمر.، كما بينت الدراسة وجود فروقات في الإضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى عمال لوحدة المدروسة تعزى لمتغير الخبرة المهنية. Abstract : This study aims to identify the level of psychosomatic disorders among employees of the air conditioning unit of the national company (ENIEM) in the city of Tizi Ouzou. We will use the Cornell scale as a measure, which we submit to a sample of 100 employees. We use an analytical descriptive approach. We conclude that the level of psychosomatic disorders among employees is average. We note the absence of differentiations in psychosomatic disorders among the employees studied because of the age variable, but the presence of differentiation for the professional experience variable.
