مدى التزام المؤسسات الاقتصادية بحماية البيئة من مخاطر التلوث
Résumé: إن الحماية من مخاطر التلوث البيئي في مواجهة متطلبات التنمية المستدامة، لن تتحقق إلا من خلال المساهمة الفعالة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية باعتبارها أكبر مسؤول عن الأضرار البيئية، والمشرع الجزائري ضمن عدة نصوص قانونية ولا سيما منها قانون البيئة نص على ضمان الحد الأدنى من المساهمة البيئية للمؤسسات الاقتصادية عن طريق إلزامه بضرورة إدماج البعد البيئي ضمن الإستراتيجية العامة لهذه المؤسسات، وإخضاعه إنشاء المؤسسات المصنفة لإجراءات خاصة، وفرض جزاءات على المؤسسات التي تقوم بتجاوزات تضر بالبيئة. Abstract: Protection against the risks of environmental pollution in addressing the requirements of sustainable development will be achieved only through the effective contribution of economic enterprises as the largest responsible for environmental damage.The Algerian legislator, through several legal texts, in particular the Environmental Law, has emphasized the need to ensure the minimum environmental contribution of economic enterprises by obliging them to integrate the environmental dimension into their overall strategy. In addition to subjecting the creation of classified enterprises to special procedures as well as imposing sanctions onenterprise that commit environmental abuses.
