التمثيل السياسي للمـرأة في الدول المغاربية: أزمة اعتراف اجتماعي أم فعالية؟ - (الجزائـر أنموذجا)

Résumé: ملخـص: تعرف المرأة المغاربية عموما ضعفا تمثيليا في الحقل السياسي سواء على مستوى دوائر صنع القرار أو على مستوى الهياكل الحكومية. فرغم أن دساتير هذه وضعت نصوصا تشريعية من أجل الإحاطة بهذا الإقصاء التاريخي، ورغم أن عددا من النساء المغاربيات حققن مكاسب في الحياة السياسية، غير أن تمثيل المرأة سياسيا لا يزال يعرف ضعفا ملموسا. فالمعتقدات التقليدية، الصورة النمطية و التمثلات الاجتماعية المتجذرة في العقل الجمعي للمجتمع حول المرأة كلها عوامل تساهم في تكريس هذا الإقصاء. هذا ما سنحاول الإحاطة به في هذه الورقة البحثية التي تتناول مسألة ضعف التمثيل السياسي للمرأة المغاربية في مراكز صنع القرار وفقا للمنظور السوسيولوجي، انطلاقا من النموذج الجزائري. الكلمات المفتاحية: المرأة، التمثيل السياسي، الحقل السياسي، التمثلات الاجتماعية، القيم السوسيوثقافية. Abstract: Maghreb women know generally vulnerable representative in the political field whether at the level of decision-making circles or at the level of government structures. Although the constitutions of these countries set forth legislative provisions in order to surround this historic exclusion, and although a number of Maghreb women have made gains in political life, However, political representation of women is still known as a significant weakness. Traditional Beliefs, stereotypes and social representations rooted in the collective mind of society about women all contribute to dedicate this exclusion. This is what we will try to answer in this paper, which addresses the issue of the weakness of political representation of women in the Maghreb decision-making centers, according to the sociological perspective based upon the Algerian model
