أثر التسويق السياحي الإلكتروني على سلوك المستهلك السياحي الحديث

Résumé: : إن السياحة الإلكترونية تحتل مكانة متميزة بين المتعاملين في السوق السياحي العالمي، غير أنه في الجزائر لايزال التسويق السياحي الإلكتروني في الجزائر يحتاج الكثير في ظل الصعوبات والعراقيل، حيث تهدف الدراسة الحالية لتوضيح أثر التسويق السياحي الإلكتروني على سلوك المستهلك السياحي الحديث و قد تمت الدراسة الحالية في فندق Eden Phoenix وهذا لمعرفة مدى قبول المستهلك السياحي الجزائري لفكرة السياحة الإلكترونية ودرجة العمل بها، فخلصت نتائج الدراسة لعدم وجود علاقة ما بين التسويق السياحي الإلكتروني وسلوك المستهلك السياحي على مستوى الفندق Eden Phoenix . E-tourism occupies a distinguished position among dealers in the global tourism market, but in Algeria, e-tourism marketing in Algeria still needs a lot in the light of difficulties and obstacles, where the current study aims to clarify the impact of e-tourism marketing on the behavior of tourism consumers, The current study was conducted at the Eden Phoenix Hotel in order to find out the extent of the Algerian tourism consumer acceptance of the idea of e-tourism and the degree of work, the results of the study concluded that there is no relationship between e-tourism marketing and tourism consumer behavior at the hotel level Eden Phoenix.
