Le Développement Des Ressources Humaines En Algérie: Un Chantier Vital Pour Inculquer La Culture Du Management Stratégique Dans Les Entreprises Algériennes

Résumé: Strategic management has become a necessity for the survival of Algerian companies in a context marked by instability and fierce competition. In such conditions the improvement of performances through human resource development has become a pressing imperative. The object of this article is to shed light on the importance of human resources, being a major element in the success of company strategy. The conclusions of the research are - strategy enhances performance because it allows action that is aware of context and internal aspects to foster a competitive edge - Strategy must take into account certain conditions to continue to be source of performance. It should not be rigid and must respond to the human being. The improvement of human resources continues to be a major necessity for Algerian companies
