Résumé: اختلف النحاة قديما وحديثا حول قضية الاحتجاج النحوي بالحديث النبوي الشريف، ففي حين ذهب فريق منهم إلى عدم جواز ذلك بحُجّة أنّ كثيرا من الأحاديث النبوية رُويت عن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم- بالمعنى دون اللفظ. ذهب فريق آخر من النحاة إلى جواز الاحتجاج بالحديث النبوي، بل عدّوه الأصل الثاني في مسألة الاحتجاج النحوي بعد القرآن الكريم. ومن هؤلاء الإمام جمال الدين بن مالك الأندلسي (ت 672هـ) في كتابه "شواهد التوضيح والتصحيح لمشكلات الجامع الصحيح". Abstract: The grammarians differed in the past and the modern on the issue of protesting the grammar of the Prophet's Hadith, while a group of them went to the inadmissibility on the grounds that many of the Prophet's Hadith narrated from the Prophet - peace be upon him - meaning without words. Another group of grammarians went to the Prophet's speech to be invoked, even the second-oldest enemy in the matter of the grammatical protest after the Holy Quran. Among these Imam Jamal al-Din bin Malik al-Andalusi (d. 672 h)in his book "Shawahid Attawdih wa Attashih Limushkilat Aljamie Alsahih".
