مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ودورها في تدعيم منظمات العمل التطوعي الخيري -دراسة ميدانية على منظمة "أصدقاء القالة" الخيرية -ولاية الطارف Social Media And Their Role In Supporting Charitable Volunteer Organizations A Field Study Of "the Friends Of El-kala" Charitable Organization - El Tarf Province

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف المقال لتقويم دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في تدعيم منظمات العمل التطوعي الخيري، ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي وعلى استمارة موزعة على عينة قصدية قوامها 30 عضو من منظمة "أصدقاء القالة" الخيرية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي توفر على منظمة "أصدقاء القالة" الخيرية الوقت والجهد والتكلفة، وأن هذه المنظمة تعرض نشاطاتها الخيرية عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لمخاطبة كل فئات المجتمع لتقديم المساعدات ومشاركتها العمل التطوعي الخيري. :Abstract This article aimed to evaluate the role of social media in supporting charitable volunteer organizations, to achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was relied on and a questionnaire was distributed to an intentional sample of 30 members from the “Friends of el-Kala” charitable organization, This study concluded that social media save time, effort and cost for the “Friends of el-Kala” charitable organization, And that this organization presents its charitable activities on social media to address all segments of society to provide aid and participate in charitable .volunteer work
