Résumé: استهدفت الدراسة البحث في نظام الإدارة على أساس الأنشطة (ABM) من خلال العمل على إبراز اختلافه عن نظام التكاليف على أساس الأنشطة بالإضافة لتوضيح مراحل تطبيق هذا النظام وتقييمه كأداة مستحدثة تساعد على تميز المؤسسة الجزائرية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم تناول حالة شركة مناجم الفوسفات -تبسة-، وقد تم عرض لمحاولة بناء نظام الإدارة على أساس الأنشطة للشركة واستخدام البيانات المستخرجة منه في تحليل ربحية منتجي الشركة وتحسين إجراءات عمل الأنشطة بالشركة وهو ما سيدعم عملياتها التشغيلية والإستراتيجية. The research targeted to search activity based management system through working on spotlighing its difference comparing to activity based costing, also presenting stages of appling the system and its evaluation as a new tool hepls algerain entreprise excellence, for achieving the study gools the study targeted the entreprise of fosphate –Tebessa-, the study presents a try to build activity based management system of the company witch provides a support to its operaional and strategic operations.
