Résumé: The current study aimed to answer its general question about the relationship between sports identity and situational regret among first and second year master students at the Institute of Science and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities, University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla. From the students of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla, estimated at 92 students. The data was subjected to a statistical analysis process using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (20SPSS V) and the obtained results were: The students of the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities show a high level of athletic identity and a medium level of situational remorse. There are no statistically significant differences in the degree of sports identity among students due to the variable of academic level at the Institute of Science and Technology of Physical and Sports Activities at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla. There is no statistically significant relationship between sports identity and situational regret among students of the Institute of Science and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities at the University of Kasdi Merbah, Ouargla.
