آليـات حمايـة المستهلك من مخـاطر انتشار ظـاهرة الخداع والغش التسويقي (حـالةالجزائر)

Résumé: إن موضوع حماية المستهلك من الموضوعات الهامة وبصفة خاصة في الوقت الحاضر الذي تزايدت فيه الآفات كالفساد والغش والتدليس والاحتكار .... فقد تزايدت ظاهرة الغش بصفة عامة وأصبحت تمثل خطرا كبيرا على الإنسان. الغش التجاري – أيا كان سببه – له الأثر المباشر على المستهلك ويسبب له أضرارا يتعذر تداركها أو علاجها. وفي ظل حجم التحديات الراهنة التي تواجهها مجتمعاتنا بفعل الانفتاح الاقتصادي الواسع، مفهوم حرية السوق، استغلال بعض المنظمات عدم معرفة المستهلكين بحقوقهم وتركيز التجار على الأرباح وتجاهل المستهلك. أصبح الداعي إلى حماية المستهلك في الجزائر مطلبا هاما وضروريا، الأمر الذي يتطلب وضع حماية شاملة للمستهلك، وهو ما يتوقف أساسا على الوسائل والآليات التي من شأنها حماية مصالح المستهلك أقصى حماية ممكنة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المستهلك، مخاطر، الخداع والغش. Abstract: The issue of consumer protection is one of important topics، especially at the present time، which increased the pests such as corruption، fraud and monopoly… The phenomenon of fraud in general has increased، and has become a major threat to human. Commercial fraud - whatever caused - has a direct impact on the consumer and cause him damage cannot be remedied or cured. In light of the current challenges، faced by our societies by broad economic openness، and the concept of free market، the exploitation of some organizations of consumers' lack of knowledge about their rights، and the concentration of traders to profit and ignore the consumer. The protection of consumer in Algeria became an important requirement and necessary، which requires the development of global protection for the consumer; it depends mainly on the means and mechanisms that will protect consumer interests، the maximum protection possible.
