التطور الدلالي للمصطلح الأصولي، عوامله، وأعراضه، ومآلات إغفاله
Résumé: المخلص بالعربية : يتغيّا هذا البحث دراسة التطور الدلالي للمصطلح الأصولي من خلال ثلاثة جوانب: جانب العوامل، وجانب الأعراض، وجانب الآثار، مع التمثيل بما يناسب من المصطلحات المتطورة، وتحليل مسارها الدلالي. وكان من النتائج المحرَّرة: أن إغفالَ هذا الملحظ الدلاليّ، وحملَ كلام المتقدمين على الاصطلاح الحادث، أمرٌ لا يُحمدُ غِبُّهُ في المجال الاجتهاديِّ، ومآلاتهُ الضَّرريَّةُ متعديّةٌ إلى الدِّين والمتديِّن معاً، ومنها: الافتيات على الشرع، وتنزيل الأعمال الشرعية في غير منازلها، والغلط على الأئمة، وتنفيق الشذوذ في الفتوى والتخريج. Abstract This research changes the study of the semantic development of the fundamentalist term through three aspects: the factors side, the symptoms side, and the effects side, with appropriate representation of advanced terminology and analyzing its semantic path. One of the edited results was that the neglect of this semantic note, and the carrying of the words of the applicants to the terminology, is a matter of unfortunate consequences in the field of jurisprudence, and its harmful consequences are infringing on religion and the religious together, including: girls against the Sharia, and error on the imams, and the spread of perversion in fatwa and chastity.
