الضمانات القانونية لتمكين المرأة من حقها في التعليم والرعاية الصحية في الجزائر

Résumé: شكل ملف المرأة محور اهتمام المجتمع الدولي، هذا ما أدى إلى التركيز على الحقوق الأساسية للمرأة وتمكينها من مجمل حقوقها تأتي في مقدمتها الحقوق الاجتماعية باعتبارها تمثل أرضية لتمتع المرأة ببقية حقوقها الأخرى ، لدى سارعت الجزائر على غرار الدول الأخرى إلى وضع ترسانة من النصوص القانونية تقر بأحقية المرأة في التعليم بجميع مستوياته ، كما أنها تضمن الرعاية الصحية للمرأة وذلك من خلال مجانية العلاج لكن ورغم ذلك مازالت الحقوق الاجتماعية للمرأة تسجل أدنى مؤشراتها ما يدل على أن هناك فجوة بين النصوص القانونية والواقع . has become a topic of interest of the international society , this has led to the focus on the woman human rights and allowing has for haoig all her rights chief among them the social rights , the latter represent the solid basis which pews the way for having other rights . Accordingly Algeria in comparison to other countries has set a collection of legal texts “provisions” which acknowledge the woman’s right of education in all levels , in addition to ,these set laws assure the woman’s right of free health care ,however there is a low indicator of social rights that woman should haw ,as such ,there is a huge gap between the set laws and reality .
