الأثار المالية والاقتصادية للتعامل بالعملات الرقمية من منظور الاقتصاد الإسلامي – دراسة ميدانية-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على الأثار المالية والاقتصادية للتعامل بالعملات الرقمية وحاول الباحث الإجابة على تساؤلات: إلى أى مدى يمكن أن يؤثر التعامل بالعملات الرقمية بعيداً عن المظلة الرسمية للدول على اقتصاديات هذه الدول؟ ماهى الأطر الرقابية لمواجهة التحديات المالية والإقتصادية للتعامل بالعملات الرقمية، ماهى الأثار الإقتصادية والمالية للعملات الرقمية بوضعها الحالى على مستقبل القطاع المصرفي؟ ، وقد استند البحث في جانبه التطبيقي إلى تحليل نتائج استمارة الاستبانة المعدة لتحقيق هدف البحث، تمثلت العينة المختارة من المصرفيين العاملين في بنك الراجحى والبنك الأهلى بالسعودية، ختاماً نعرض النتائج والتي من اهمهاعدم جواز التعامل بالعملات الرقمية وتداولها على ما هي عليه الآن؛ لما يترتب على التعامل بها من مفاسد وأضرار لا حصر له، ونوصى بضرورة قيام الدولة بدورها تجاه عملية صك وإصدار العملة الرقمية وتنظيمها ووضع الأطر الرقابية والتنظيمية لها. Abstract: The study aimed to examine the financial and economic impacts of digital currency transactions. The researcher attempted to answer the following questions: To what extent can digital currency transactions outside the official framework of a country impact its economy? What are the regulatory frameworks to address the financial and economic challenges of digital currency transactions? What are the economic and financial impacts of digital currencies in their current form on the future of the banking sector? The applied aspect of the study relied on analyzing the results of a questionnaire designed to achieve the study's objective. The selected sample consisted of bankers working at Al Rajhi Bank and Al Ahli Bank in Saudi Arabia. In conclusion, we present the results, the most important of which is that it is impermissible to deal with and trade digital currencies as they currently exist, due to the countless negative consequences and harms that result from such transactions. We recommend that the state fulfill its role in the process of issuing and issuing digital currency, regulating it, and establishing regulatory and supervisory frameworks for it
