تداعيات أزمة كورونا على البنوك المركزية - بنك الجزائر أنموذجاً-

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الكيفية التي واجهت بها البنوك المركزية تداعيات ازمة كورونا، من خلال التعرف على الإجراءات المتخذة من قبل البنوك المركزية في مواجهة الأزمة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن إجراءات البنوك العالمية قد اختلفت في مواجهة تداعيات فيروس كورونا، فمنها من لجأ إلى تخفيض معدلات الفائدة، ومنها من اعتمد معدلات الفائدة الصفرية والسالبة بالإضافة إلى التسيير الكمي لضخ النقد مباشرة في الجهاز المصرفي. أدت الإجراءات التي اتخذتها بنك الجزائر إلى زيادة الكتلة النقدية دعماً للاقتصاد لتخفيف تداعيات الازمة. This study aims to investigate how central banks faced the repercussions of the Corona pandemic by identifying the in addition, the actions taken by central banks to tackle the Corona crisis. The study concluded that different actions have been taken by the international banks. Some banks reduced the interest rates whereas other banks adopted zero and negative interest rates with quantitative management to provide cash directly into the banking system. The actions that have been taken by the Bank of Algeria led to an increase in the monetary mass that helped in supporting the economy to mitigate the repercussions of the Corona crisis.
