نحو تحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة للمؤسسات

Résumé: يسعى البحث إلى دراسة أهمية الموارد البشرية مع ما تحمله من معارف وأخلاق في تحقيق المزايا التنافسية المستدامة للمؤسسات ، إذ أن توفر موارد بشرية في المنظمات بهذه المواصفات تعد واحدة من متطلبات تحقيق المزايا التنافسية. خرج البحث بمجموعة من النتائج تتلخص فيما يلي: • بالرغم من تعدد مصادر وطرق تنمية المزايا التنافسية ،يبقى المورد البشري هو الأكثر فاعلا في ذلك. • تمثل المعرفة أهم مصدر للميزة التنافسية،كما أنها تعتبر من أفضل الأصول التي تمتلكها المؤسسات المعاصرة. • تساهم القيم الأخلاقية وبصورة مباشرة في تحقيق المزايا التنافسية ،من خلال دورها الفاعل في تطوير العلاقات بين الأفراد داخل المؤسسة وخارجها. • هناك علاقة وثيقة بين تحقيق المزايا التنافسية والقيم الأخلاقية التي يحملها الأفراد. Abstract: The research seeks to examine the importance of human resources with its load of knowledge and ethics to achieve sustainable competitive advantages for organizations, since the availability of human resources in organizations with these specifications is one of the requirements to achieve competitive advantages. Find out a set of results are summarized as follows : • Despite the multiplicity of sources and methods of development of competitive advantages, remains the human resource is the most active in it. • Knowledge represents the most important source of competitive advantage, it is also considered one of the best assets that you own contemporary institutions. • contribute to the moral values and directly in achieving competitive advantages, through their active role in the development of relations between individuals within and outside the institution. • There is a close relationship between the achievement of competitive advantages and moral values held by individuals.
