Résumé: تعتبر زراعة التبغ من أبرز مظاهر التكثيف الزراعي الذي شهدته منطقة وادي سُوف. الأمر الذي استدعى مسايرة هذه الطفرة بالدراسة والتحليل. وتهدف الدراسة الى تحليل السياسات الزراعية الخاصة بمحصول التبغ لكونه يمثل أهم أوجه التكثيف المحصولي بمنطقة وادي سُوف، إضافة إلى اعتباره من المحاصيل الصناعية ذات الأهمية الاستراتيجية، وسوف نقوم باستخدام مصفوفة تحليل السياسات؛ عن طريق المعاملات الفنية للمصفوفة لمحصول التبغ. نموذج تحليل السياسات (PAM) الذي طوره كل من Eric A. Monke و Scott R. Pearson سنة 1989، يمكن استخدامه ليس فقط لقياس الميزة النسبية (الربحية الاجتماعية) لنشاط معين، ولكن لقياس تأثير التدخلات الحكومية، ويتضمن تقدير الميزات النسبية لأي نظام أو قطاع ينتج ، وتعتبر كأحد اهم أدوات التحليل الكمي في هذا المجال. لتتوصل الى نتائج تتمثل في مجموعة من المؤشرات التي تقيم دور السياسات الحكومية وتحدد بدقة الميزة النسبية والتنافسية لمحصول التبغ بالمنطقة. Summary: Tobacco cultivation is one of the most important aspects of the agricultural intensification witnessed in the Wadi Suf area. Which called for the continuation of this boom study and analysis. The study aims to analyze the agricultural policies of the tobacco crop as it is the most important crop intensification in the Wadi Suf area, as well as the industrial crops of strategic importance, and we will use the policy analysis matrix through the technical treatments of the matrix of the tobacco crop.
